About the Role
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will oversee daily SMP maintenance activities, coordinate crews and contractors, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day SMP maintenance and operational works.
Coordinate labour, equipment and site activities.
Ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures.
Lead pre-starts, toolbox meetings and safety interactions.
Monitor work quality, productivity and schedule performance.
Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimise downtime.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
About You
Previous experience in an SMP Supervisory role within mining or heavy industry.
