About the Role
The Site Admin supports daily administrative functions on site and ensures smooth communication with HQ. Responsibilities include: Manage general site administration including handling calls and attending to visitors. Compile and submit site attendance and manpower records. Monitor staff and workers' attendance and leave records. Assist in preparation and submission of site reports and documentation. Maintain proper records of delivery orders, invoices and site documents. Coordinate with site team and HQ on administrative matters. Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by Management from time to time.
