- Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

- Confirm that required material is on order and will be delivered on time.
- Track daily progress:
- Company - How many and is it meeting the planned requirement to meet schedule.
- Hours - Track labor - How many and how many shifts
- Tasks completed – Updated weekly.
- What are the daily challenges – list.
- Punch lists – Consolidating and following up corrections and corrective measures.
- Attend scheduled/emergent Project calls.
