Supporting and collaborating with internal departments to improve and re-engineer our SIPP and ISA products and services to develop a market-leading offering that ensures compliance with FCA, HMRC, and CASS requirements. Keep current regarding rules, regulations, and legislation for all SIPP and ISA accounts and provide support with internal guidance as required. Preparing MI reports on account performance and activity as requested by senior management. Handling queries related to SIPP & ISA accounts and ensuring excellent client service. Monitor the performance of the SIPP & ISA offerings and ensure company strategies, objectives and client service levels are consistently met.
