About the Role
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of shipping and logistics operations. This role ensures all outbound and inbound shipments are scheduled, tracked, and processed accurately. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a willingness to step in and support operations on the floor when needed.
This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping our operation running smoothly.
Core Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate carrier appointments for pickups and deliveries
- Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure on-time execution
- Maintain accurate and organized shipping records; verify all documentation for accuracy
- Process ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) transactions and related system entries
