About the Role
Job Description:
- process all necessary shipping documentation
- review schedules to ensure carrier and load information have been updated on orders and to verify shipping and 3rd party billing information is correct
- ship complete orders once orders have shipped
- scan completed LTL and TL orders with paperwork to exnet
- maintain file room, including but not limited to filing shipping orders
- have all documents ready for deliveries for the floor supervisors
- supporting the performance of the OSHA 18001 Safety System & ISO 14001 Environmental system
- make sure all reports are kept current
- maintain all necessary files
- assist in all necessary aspects of the Distribution Admin team as needed
