Position Title: Shipping Assistant
Working Location: Raffles Place (Near MRT)
Working Hours: 5 working days; Monday-Friday (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and related paperwork
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery
- Track shipment status and provide updates to relevant parties
- Maintain accurate records and update databases for shipping activities
- Assist with customs clearance, including basic calculation of duties and taxes
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team
