Job Description
**Job Summary**
+ Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality and cycle time targets
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Follow 5S, safety regulation and quality standard at all the Time
+ Comply with company policies, EHS requirement and industry regulations
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
+ Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output , quality and cycle time targets
Qualifications
+ Minimum qualification of Degree
+ At least 1-3 years of working experience in a Production Supervisor role in semiconductor
+ Willingness and ability to work in shifts
+ Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Power Point
