Shift Manager (Shift Engineer)
Job Location: Nanticoke, Ontario
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Reports to: Area Manager- Operations
Salary: starting at $115K, pay rate commensurate with experience and qualifications
Primary Purpose
Maintain the safe operations of utilities facilities, related equipment, and personnel in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Administer the company safety program to ensure a safe work environment within the operating facility.
- Promote safety by various means (safety contacts, safety tours, incident investigations and follow‑up, SDS and JSA review, equipment condition, etc.) and lead by example.
