Shift Incharge

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of boilers and utility systems during assigned shifts.
• Monitor steam generation, boiler parameters, fuel consumption, and water quality.
• Lead and supervise boiler operators and utility staff.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Maintain shift logs and ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support continuous improvement in utility efficiency and plant uptime.

Requirements

• BOE Certification is mandatory.
• 7–10 years of experience in boiler and utility operations in a manufacturing/process industry.
• Strong knowledge of boiler operations, safety standards, and utility management.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
