To plan activities in a cost-effective way.
To review customer requirements and evaluate any need of up gradation,
To study customer complaints and plan preventive action,
To plan Manpower resources.
To upgrade equipment.
To Control the Departmental total cost within the budgeted norms.
To maintain work discipline all levels.
To monitor outside rolling.
To increases mill utilization, reduce all consumption and cobbles.
