Sewing Machine Operator / Seamstress – Precision & Pace

Broughton Group in Takeley is seeking an experienced Seamstress / Sewing Machinist Operator to join their production team. The role involves ensuring sewing machines are operational, stitching and finishing Silicon edge graphics, and reporting any issues to management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a positive problem-solving attitude, and previous experience in a similar role. This position offers a salary range of 28k to 30k and operates Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.
