Settlement & Transitions Supervisor - Wealth Operations

Responsibilities

• Drive and plan support and participation in strategic initiatives, continuous process improvements, process reviews, market rules changes.
• Drive implementation of controls and processes to mitigate risks.
• Provide supervision, allocation, and organization of work among team members to ensure efficiency and adequate leave coverage.
• Provide direction and guidance where necessary.
• Ensure all queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Ensure that all transactions are processed in accordance to bank rules, circulars, procedures and local requirements.
• Provide relief support and other duties assigned and cross‑train on all functions performed with the team and across departments.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and User Acceptance Testing at the request of the BI Securities Operations team.
