With one to three years of experience in a similar volume store, you will help implement Sephora’s sales strategies and maintain a visually appealing store environment. Your passion for clients and strong engagement with team members will drive store success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all Beauty Advisors meet sales objectives
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards
• Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and team
• Analyze sales performance and adjust staffing accordingly
• Participate in recruitment for World team staff
