Role Overview We are seeking a ServiceNow Visualization & Configuration Management Analyst to support mission-focused operations at Scott Air Force Base, IL. This role will focus on building advanced ServiceNow visualizations, supporting configuration management activities, improving CMDB data integrity, and helping the team use ServiceNow more effectively for operational insight and decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on ServiceNow experience, advanced data visualization skills, a solid understanding of CMDB structures, and the ability to investigate data issues across configuration items, circuits, equipment, and telecom-related data modules.
