Expert : will drive requirement workshops, configure workflows, and enhance portfolio visibility for leadership to improve the process and SPM module. Key responsibilities include creating user stories, configuring dashboards, developing customizations, improving the process, and providing technical and functional expertise on the module and process.
4-10 years of experience in
ServiceNow SPM
or related project management technology implementations.
