Join Crossfuze as a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant and drive automation solutions for clients. This remote position is exclusively for candidates located in Canada.
In the Senior Consultant role, you will guide customers in configuring and customizing their ServiceNow environments while ensuring best practices are followed. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, drafting user stories, and providing technical guidance to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Produce detailed documentation of solutions and implementations
