🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong ServiceNow architecture & development experience
• Expertise in ITSM (Mandatory)
• Experience in CSM / HRSD / ITOM modules
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
