We are hiring experienced Service Now Platform Developers across three specialized tracks: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Whether you are a seasoned ITSM architect, an ITOM infrastructure specialist, or an HRSD workflow expert, we want to hear from you. Successful candidates will join a high-performing team delivering enterprise-grade Service Now solutions for a global client.
Specialization Tracks
Track 1 — Service Now ITSM Developer (Senior)
Experience Required: 9–10 years
Design, develop and support ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.
Configure and maintain Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows and approval processes.
Develop platform customizations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policie...
