ServiceNow Lead Architect - ITSM/SPM (Remote, EST/CST)

VELAIO is seeking a ServiceNow Developer Lead / Architect to technically lead the development team for a long-term project in LATAM. You will design the solution architecture for ITSM and SPM modules while managing instance configuration and platform lifecycle.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience on ServiceNow, including technical leadership or architecture. Valid certifications as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD) are required.
