The ideal candidate will lead and deliver OOB implementations for HAM & SAM, ensuring robust asset lifecycle processes, data quality, integrations with enterprise systems/tools, and compliance‐ready reporting. Requires strong hands‐on configuration skills, data migration experience, and ability to build/maintain integrations and automation using Service Now best practices.
