THE ROLE
The ServiceNow ITAM Architect specializes in both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). You will be responsible for designing and implementing asset management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement ITAM (HAM & SAM) solutions on ServiceNow
- Customize asset lifecycle workflows and processes
- Integrate ServiceNow with tools such as SCCM, JAMF, and Flexera
