- Good understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications
- Service Now IRM / GRC (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit)
- Service Now Development (UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules)
- Flow Designer / Workflow
- Java Script & Glide API
- REST/SOAP Integrations
Required Skills
- Service Now Certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-IRM)
- Experience with Integration Hub
Preferred Skills
- Good to Have: Service Now Certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-IRM)
- Experience with Integration Hub
