- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

- ServiceNow IRM / GRC (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit)
- ServiceNow Development (UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules)
- Flow Designer / Workflow
- JavaScript & Glide API
- REST/SOAP Integrations

Required Skills

- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-IRM)
- Experience with IntegrationHub

Preferred Skills

- Good to Have: ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-IRM)
- Experience with IntegrationHub
