We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join our team and work closely with Solution Architects in delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, customization, integrations, and ServiceNow best practices.
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer workshops to understand business requirements and current challenges.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and CMDB.
