About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including:
- Case Management
- Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Portal
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow platform:
- Workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications
- Support portal configuration (widgets, content, automation) to improve user experience
- Develop and manage integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) with HR systems (e.g., Workday)
- Monitor and resolve HR service requests, incidents, and issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
