Role: As a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect, you will lead large-scale digital transformation engagements, working closely with senior client stakeholders to define platform strategy, architecture, and roadmaps. You will bring a strong blend of functional expertise and technical depth to deliver impactful, scalable solutions across the enterprise.Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solutioning on the ServiceNow platform
- Partner with CIOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders to shape vision, roadmap, and transformation strategy
- Drive solution design across ITSM, HRSD, and SAM Pro, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide thought leadership and advisory on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends
