• Candidates with a strong HRSD background and minimal ITSM exposure, as ITSM skills can be trained internally due to limited availability in the market. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end, hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle, including building solutions from scratch, full-cycle implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support.
