Overview
ISS STOXX is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join the Information Technology team. This highly visible, customer‑facing role supports mission‑critical applications – most notably ServiceNow, which powers our Global Helpdesk and PMO functions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Identify and document tasks needed for environment setup and implementation or enhancement of applications.
- Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle with a focus on application design and software development.
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high‑quality business solutions on the ServiceNow platform and integrated applications/databases.
- Review and update SQL/SOQL/Java scripts as needed.
- Conduct daily production activities, including data maintenance, cleaning, and verification in ServiceNow.
