Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Experience in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Workflows/Flow Designer
- Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other enterprise integration methods
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables, forms, and platform architecture
- Hands-on experience in Service Portal
