Job Summary

As a Service Technician, you will respond to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance calls, troubleshoot and repair security system issues, supervise subcontractors’ work quality, and provide technical support to internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service requests per the Company’s Service Agreement
  • Diagnose and repair abnormalities in alarm, card access, and CCTV security systems at customer sites to restore full functionality
