About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Work with supervisors and other Service Technicians to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components of machines.
- Complete field service reports and other required checklists and/or diagnostic reports.
- Carry out off-site service work as required.
- Adhere to safety procedures in the workshop and at external sites.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the workshop.
- Participate in learning opportunities to improve job knowledge and technical skills.
- Good hands-on skills and technical aptitude
- Relevant experience in servicing, maintenance, or repair of machinery/equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment faults
- Be willing to travel on short notice and work flexible hours
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
