Job Overview
- To provide service activities for medical equipment in healthcare environments, based at our customer site.
- As a primary field contact for technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective case resolution.
- To be an excellent team player and in building relationships.
- Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer location in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
- Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge’s protocol.
- Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
- Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
