About the Role
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs or replacement of defective components.
- Attend to customer service requests and provide onsite technical support.
- Configure and test security systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Prepare service reports and update maintenance records after each service visit.
- Provide quotations and recommendations for repair, replacement, or upgrading works.
- Ensure all work activities comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain proper handling and usage of tools, equipment, and materials.
