Service, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul engines, propulsion systems and their electronic systems adhering to all safety guidelines and in accordance with RRS Code of Conduct Provide on-site work, maintain active list of project timelines and prioritize job tasks Request parts and tools to perform job functions Source local vendors required for field service in cooperation with purchasing Inspect parts to assure conformance to specification Perform field inspections of failed parts and write reports to avoid future incidents Maintain engine, vessel and equipment log books Maintain detailed records of daily activities Prepare work estimates Commission and operate engines and propulsion systems Instrument propulsion systems and record test data Work with product groups on product design development
