About the Role

**Job Description:**

This role is responsible for providing excellent technical customer support for troubleshooting welding systems and administering the warranty for the Industrial Equipment & Automation Division.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** :

+ Handling phone calls and other electronic communication on a repetitive basis relating to the service, repair, and basic application of Industrial Equipment product.
+ Creating warranty claims in the warranty application to accurately document warranty situations.
+ Repair and test equipment returned from the field.
+ Participate in product development teams and product support projects.
+ Assist product engineering in evaluation of returned equipment to continually improve reliability and warranty.
+ Provide advice to our service partners for repair and equipment recommendations.
