MANAGEMENT- Capable of handling situational problems, looking into customer’s complaints and initiating corrective actions;
- Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken;
- Identify and providing trainings for Supervisors and technician team;
- Lead and motivate a team of Supervisor and technicians;
- Responsible for the daily service operations of the company;
- Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all service job actions and schedules;
- Develop work instructions for inspection and testing activities;
- Allocation of Manpower to be deployed under respective service jobs;
