About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Servicing of customers, forwarding of various Service requests to India processing teams (Financial / Non-financial, Debit card processing).
  • Forwarding of AOFs to processing centers and efficient handling of the dispatch of AOFs.
  • To handle the various MIS, Maintenance of Data, Establishment (Salary, Reimbursement processing, Various HR activities- issuing of AL, Visa, Medical, Insurance etc.,).
  • Assist Facilitation / Relationship Managers on coordination with processing centers on their requests for Accounts and servicing.
  • Meeting specific performance levels in customer servicing and also facilitating various permitted activities to the mapped customers.
  • To be the first level of escalation and able to handle complaints and be a good trouble shooter.
  • To ensure maintenance of various statutory requirements (Renewal of various licenses, permissions etc., ) in order.
  • To handle IT related issues. <...
