The role

The Service Planner is crucial in providing comprehensive support to the Service Department and delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal clients. As the primary communication link between customers, on-site technicians, and the broader service team, the Service Planner ensures efficient coordination, advanced scheduling, and smooth service operations administration.
