Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Markham office.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Experience in Canadian P&C insurance industry
  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience (mostly around ITSM modules, ITOM knowledge is beneficial)
  • Experience building case management workflows on top of ITSM
  • Strong Commercial Insurance functional experience
  • Experience in Agile methodology & JIRA.
  • Above average communication and collaboration skills to operate in a multi-team environment.

  • Relevant ServiceNow Certification
