Configure and enhance core application including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting. Support implemented and proposed solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
