Position Summary
Taking a strategic and hands‑on approach, the Service Manager will be responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the MRC function (Multimedia Repair Centre), including planning, organizing, directing, and analyzing the operations of the department. Reporting to the National Manager, the Service Manager will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of MPCA‑MRC service levels to Hyundai and Kia. The main objective of this role includes performance output, quality level improvement, and on‑time logistics. The Service Manager works closely with Mobis Korea and MPA‑MRC for operation guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management of MRC operations.
- Manage dealer order fill rates and backorders.
- Hire, train, coach, develop, mentor and discipline MRC staff as required.
- Maintain positive customer communications with Hyundai & Kia to support field related issues.
