About the Role
The Role:
Manage full execution of underground service contract
Ensure KPI delivery (equipment availability, uptime, performance)
Coordinate maintenance activities (PM, repairs, troubleshooting) on site
Lead and manage service team (supervisors, technicians, engineers)
Plan workforce, shifts, and resource allocation
Control spare parts inventory and optimize stock levels
Manage project OPEX and monitor cost performance
Act as single point of contact for the customer
Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with HSE/SHEQ standards and company policies
Competences & skills:
