About the Role
Reporting to the Service Engineer / Service & Maintenance Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring refrigeration systems and related equipment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain ammonia refrigeration, glycol, and CO2 systems
- Perform inspection and maintenance on compressors, condensers, cooling systems, and related equipment
- Record hourly operational readings and equipment status
- Operate and maintain rotary screw and reciprocating compressors
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of machine rooms and assigned equipment
- Monitor plant air systems and compressors
- Conduct daily water testing for condensers and pasteurizers
- Update preventive maintenance work orders using CMMS system
- Communicate maintenance and operational updates to relevant departments
