About the Role
Job Description:
- Communicate regularly with students, monitor their academic progress, living conditions, and psychological well‑being, and provide necessary care and support.
- Assist students in addressing practical difficulties encountered during school, such as administrative, accommodation, and social issues.
- Regularly provide feedback to parents on students’ academic and living situations, promptly share student updates in parent groups through videos, images, and text, and establish and maintain effective home‑school communication mechanisms.
- Plan and organize extracurricular activities that promote student interaction, cultural adaptation, and skills development.
- Be responsible for airport pickups during the enrollment peak season and provide assistance and support related to living in Singapore.
