Job Description
- Responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential air conditioning units, including VRF systems and chillers.
- Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
- Identify issues and perform necessary repairs on mechanical and related components.
- Read and work from technical drawings and system specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements for better energy efficiency.
- Attend to emergency service calls and ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
- Follow all safety standards and ensure compliance during site work.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, Project Manager, and technicians for smooth project execution.
