Key Responsibilities
- Repair and calibrate electronic measuring instruments (Tektronix, Keithley, EA) by analyzing failures and performing repair, calibration, and adjustment to deliver high‑quality instruments on time.
- Maintain clear communication with customers to fully understand needs, provide high‑quality products and services, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage equipment, fixture, and tool inventory using Tektrace/MET TEAM or offline software; initiate calibration and repair requirements, analyze out‑of‑tolerance equipment, and ensure effective working condition.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with CSR, SAM, and Logistics to deliver instruments with the best quality and shortest turnaround time.
- Operate ERP and workbench systems to initiate parts information and manage service locations.
