About the Role
- Responsible for on-site execution and support of Material Handling (MH) equipment overhaul and value-added services (e.g., spare parts sales) in the Southeast Asia region; assist in spare parts and service inquiries, quotation follow-ups, and order conversion.
- Support the Singapore Service Center in service order coordination and assist the overhaul team in completing equipment maintenance work:
- Assist in commissioning and acceptance of new MH equipment projects
- Provide on-site service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Deliver basic product and service training to customers and distributors; support technical discussions
- Assist local distributors in building basic maintenance and service capabilities
- Respond promptly to after-sales issues, resolve technical problems via phone or on-site support, and complete service reports on time
