Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Support equipment calibration and commissioning activities
- Provide technical support to customers on-site
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams and senior engineers
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
- Prior hands‑on experience in servicing or troubleshooting industrial machinery
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally for regional assignments
- Positive attitude with strong learning mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
