About the Role
As a Service Desk Analyst at TEKsystems, you will be crucial in providing technical support and exceptional customer service to our global team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, as well as ensuring efficient communication with end-users. The Service Desk Analyst will contribute to the overall success of our IT department by ensuring that technology‑related concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional Windows 8,10 Operating System troubleshooting and configuration.
- Exceptional MS Office Suite including Office 365 installation and administration (Outlook), configuration, and troubleshooting required.
- Active Directory Administration.
- Experience working a service desk ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira etc).
- Exceptional NTFS Administration required.
- Experience troubleshooting file and print services.
